Howdy!

I'm Whitney Wilder and I long to see you come home to the untamed truth of your story. Welcome, to Wilder StoryWork.

What is StoryWork Coaching?

I believe our stories shape everything — how we love, how we trust, how we hide, and how we hope. We live out our stories in every moment of every day. They shape our beliefs about relationships, about ourselves, and about God.When the stories from your past remain unexamined, you may find yourself feeling stuck, frustrated, or confused by pain that doesn’t seem to make sense. These unspoken narratives silently inform how you move through life — often in ways you don’t consciously realize.Storywork invites you to enter your past stories and gently explore the moments that have shaped you — not to fix you, but to help you remember who you are.If you're ready to engage with your story reclaim your glory— the wild, sacred self within it— this work is for you.Storywork is not therapy, as it does not address issues of mental health or diagnoses.

"Engaging your story is the single most important thing you can do to experience healing." -Adam Young

Wilder StoryWork

My Approach~Your story and soul are top priority in our shared space. Though I have certain approaches that inform our sessions, (curiosity, embodiment, compassion, trauma-informed), Storywork is highly collaborative.Together, we safely explore the themes that have played out in your life — and are still playing out — and bring into light the core beliefs, vows, and relational patterns that were formed in response to your experiences.Ultimately, I want you to feel cared for at your core, challenged toward more, and anchored in real hope. I long to see you come alive again — not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who you’ve always been.

Work with me

A little about me—I’m a mother of two wild-hearted boys who keep me on my toes and fill my days with wonder and laughter. I love dancing—whether it’s in my kitchen, outside under the sky, or in my boots on the dance floor, there’s something about moving my body that helps me feel alive and connected.I’m deeply drawn to the river and to nature — they’re like a kind of quiet medicine for my soul. Being near water, hearing the trees, feeling the earth beneath my feet — it reminds me of God’s presence in everything, even in the hard parts of life."La vida es como un Rio"~ my favorite movie quote
